Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to go to the IRS office in person? Almost never. We handle nearly everything by phone, email, and mail. The DC Taxpayer Assistance Center is appointment-only, and we typically only send clients there for very specific in-person requirements the IRS itself imposes.
Can you help if I’ve received a notice from the DC Office of Tax and Revenue, not just the IRS? Yes. We handle both federal and DC-specific state tax matters.
How quickly can you respond to an IRS deadline? Reach out as soon as you receive a notice. Many IRS deadlines are shorter than people expect, and acting early gives us more options.

Our Mission

To protect our clients’ assets against aggressive tax actions with strategic, compassionate, and effective solutions — restoring stability and peace of mind.
